Well this is best money spent. Got 3 windows repaired. The locks were broken and wouldn’t lock. Goggled LWR emailed Wednesday 17th July evening priced by sending pics and sorted Friday 19th July morning. I am so made up. Kieran was so lovely. Went above and beyond. No mess at all. Can’t recommend LWR enough thank you so much. Can’t believe I waited this long to find a reputable company.

Absolutely quality service! From making the initial phone call to the repair on my door being completed was less than an hour. Keiran was friendly and knowledgeable, was so quick getting the job done I didn't even have time to make him a brew! 100% would recommend using this company!

From start to finish everything was smooth. Karl arrived promptly -even on the last day of 2024-, the work was carried out quickly, he left no mess and was friendly. Basically a true professional. I'll recommend LWR.

Excellent company. I sent pictures of my failed windows over WhatsApp, Karl gave me a price, came out and measured and they were fitted yesterday less than a week later, 10 units in total. One of the handles was loose on one of them and he fitted a new one with new mechanism at no extra charge. If I need any more work doing I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing work, lovely people 100% recommend. Thank you Karl Im made up with them.

We recently engaged Karly to repair a smashed window at a property we look after. The entire process was handled remotely, and we paid a deposit as per our agreement. True to the previous feedbacks on google, Karly has delivered an outstanding results. His is remarkable, and his communication and time keeping are exceptional.
