I booked an appointment for 15th March, nobody showed up. Then I booked the appointment for 18th March, nobody showed up.
I contacted them two times to ensure that the appointment is going ahead to which I was told "yes".
My appointment was arranged after 4 PM.
Today, 18th March 24, nobody showed up and when I rang them back nobody answered.
I was blocked for what reason? I agree to both appointments. If you cannot fulfill the appointment then simply say so.
I would definitely avoid.

I purchased blinds for the front of my house from Absolute Blinds and Floorings two years ago and was really pleased with the service and quality, so had no hesitation in ordering from them again when I wanted wooden blinds for two windows at the rear of my house. Unfortunately, this time the experience was not the same. When the blinds arrived and Sean came to fit them one Saturday morning, he did not have a long enough ladder (despite his boss knowing the size of the windows as he had measured them up) and I had to get a ladder out of my shed and bring it in for him. When Sean fitted the six foot high blind at the top of the stairs,he realised it had come with only a short cord for opening and shutting the slats, which I struggled to reach even standing on a chair! He rang the office and they assured him they would order a replacement cord early Monday morning for delivery as soon as possible and Sean told me he hoped to return the following weekend to rectify the problem. On the Monday morning I too rang the office and was told rather brusquely that Sean should not have told me he could return on the Saturday and they would contact me when they received the replacement - probably the following week as deliveries from the company that supplied the wooden blinds only came in on Tuesdays. I waited a week and rang again the following Wednesday, but was told by Lee that the replacement hadn't arrived and although he had chased it up, he wasn't sure when it would arrive. So, today, two weeks later, Sean came back to solve the problem with my blind ... and he took out a piece of cord and tied it to the end of the existing cord, hiding the knot with a second toggle like the one on the end of the cord! So I have waited over two weeks for basically a piece of string and a wooden toggle which looks ridiculous half way down the window cord. If the order had been correct, there would be a single cord and a single toggle not a botched job. I understand that the problem was that the suppliers did not follow the order correctly, but I don't understand why it should now be my problem - my contract was with Absolute Blinds and not their suppliers. I paid them £130 for the blind and they have provided a substandard product with no word of apology (except from Sean who as a fitter, had nothing to do with ordering or fulfilling/checking the order). Would I recommend this company to my friends? No way!.
