We are so pleased we went with Allerton Windows for our orangery extension. We felt compelled to write this detailed review to help others, as it was all the excellent reviews we read that made us choose this company for our build. What a fabulous, professional company. We can’t recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again. They were a pleasure to work with. The whole project went without a hitch, was completed on time (exactly by the quoted 8 weeks) and was seamless from start to finish. We even had all our soffits and facias replaced by Allerton Windows, while they were on site doing our orangery.
Right from the outset, when Stephen came to give us a quote, we were filled with confidence that we were going to get a high-quality service and we were not disappointed. The whole project was managed perfectly by Tony and Dave, who were on site regularly to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were straight talking, able to advise us on how to get the end result we wanted and accommodated all our specific requirements. All the tradespeople we encountered during the build were so professional, highly skilled, and reliable. The best of the bunch was the joiner, Ian, who deserves a special mention! He was on site by 730am every day, worked solidly to such an incredible standard and nothing was too much trouble for him. Ian and Dave (with Bradley and Pete) always cleaned up after themselves and after a lot of the other trades too! A big thanks also to Alan (for doing the soffits/facias), the architect (Craig), bricklayers (Adam, Joseph & Francis), plasterers (Gavin & Jimmy), plumber (Dave), electricians (Lewis & the team) and decorators (Lita & Ange).
The build ran to military precision, thanks to Helen and the office team, with all the materials arriving on site in good time and all the different tradespeople needed arriving at exactly the right time to keep the build running seamlessly. Helen kept us informed of exactly who would be arriving when and was always really prompt at replying to any email or phone queries. Pam sorted out all the building regs for us, with the building inspector (Joe), so this was also stress-free. Any extra deliveries or collections of surplus materials were also done promptly and with a smile by Costa!
All in all, everyone on the Allerton team were absolutely first class and we are so grateful to all of you. We couldn’t be happier with the work you have done. Our old conservatory (that was freezing all winter and boiling all summer) and our dark dining room have now been replaced by a bright, modern orangery that we can use all year round and we absolutely love it! Thanks.

We asked Tony to call around to price our new window requirements having seen first hand the great job they had made of our neighbours. We received great friendly and professional service and we are delighted with the workmanship having decided to go with these guys for a full whole of house window and door refit. Well done to Allerton Windows and recommend them for doing as they say when they quote. Pauline at the office kept me informed at every stage and communication was great.

From the start to the finish the communication was brilliant the girls in the office for calmly talking my calls to the fitters who were tidying as they went along.

Couldn't recommend Allerton Windows enough. From the first contact with Stephen and then the owner Tony, all trades were perfect and produced a perfect service.
Initially we had 3 competitive quotes from a local builder, Clearview and Allerton Windows.
Project cost was important and Allerton Windows was very competitive. When you analysed all quotes, Allerton Windows was by far the most favourable due to the improved materials and end design.
Tony managed the whole project from start to finish of which included build of an Orangery, open up rear wall to enable open plan and also complete new kitchen.
Everything was not too much hassle and all trades went about their work professionally. This was seamless and we did not have a day whereas someone was not on site, even weekends in some instances.
This is a once in a life time option, but would gladly recommend Tony and Allerton Windows to all.
