Just a poor level of service all around. Admin and sales staff are inexperienced in dealing with small indie Liverpool businesses. Family business you may be but care, transparency and support through your measuring to purchasing process is very much lacking. I will not proceed with a final purchase.

The best carpet service I ever have, from ordering to fitting. Nicki was very knowledgeable, very efficient and professional.
She accomodated all our needs, like the type of the carpet, color, and most important the availability of the fitting services.

Carpet and laminate fitted approx Feb 2022 by Bogans. I have pictures and email trail and not heard from Bogans for nearly a year since they have damaged our laminate in our bedroom when they fitted the carpet on the stairs and landing. I’m still waiting for them to replace the piece of laminate they have cracked in our bedroom. They have not kept in touch. They were also slow to fix the karndean which we paid beforehand. It was a small but difficult job but a job need doing. They first said the original karndean floor was not fitted by them (it was) and was trying to get out of doing the karndean repair but it eventually got done.
The laminate they fitted in the front living room was ok but the beading on the side could be better. ie they could have used a full piece along the wall but I can see that there are areas where the strips were short and they had to use another strip to finish along the wall. Going back to our past experiences I won’t be using Bogans again. I’ve already told my friends and colleagues about my experience.
Basically was told if I could find the piece they have damaged, they will fit it or they will try to find out themselves however they don’t have a howdens account or know anyone who could get the piece. The piece that is damaged is called Howdens fast fit range: hickory. If you’re reading this Bogans this is what we need!!
I would like them to contact me and fix the cracked floor they have left almost a year ago.
So it probably looks like that I need to find the piece that they have damaged.
If I have to pay I wonder if howdens can bill Bogans the piece I need.
Not fair to have this problem at the back of my mind for nearly a year! If you’ve paid up which you have to before the floor fitters come then it feels like they just leave you behind and ignore a job that was not very well done!
Shame that they seem friendly in the shop.
I read they have done the flooring for hotels and luxury places like the Titanic. Thought I was going to get the same level of finish. Don’t be fooled, ask for other recommendations.
If it wasn’t for the friendly sales person and the karndean that they have fitted nicely a few years ago I wouldn’t have given them any ratings at all.

Had highest level of customer service since my negative review. Wished it was fixed in the first place but it has been done and we are very pleased it has finally resolved. The floor fitters rang prior to visit, friendly, skilful and wanted to get the job done. It wasn’t an easy fix as first thought and we appreciated they spent some time to get it perfect. Thanks.

I used Bogans to purchase and fit a carpet throughout my flat. Very happy overall - the girl in the store was patient, informative and not pushy (without the horrible salesperson attitude), the 2 chaps who fitted the carpet were quick and professional, everyone was very friendly (also the chap who came to measure). I had little time to organise everything but it all went so smoothly. I wish I could remember their names to say thank you. This was a year and a half ago and my carpet is looking faultless. Would definitely recommend.
