Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish lovely people to deal with in the office and the gentleman who measured up was efficient and was very polite. Once my order was placed in no time at all I had a phone call to say my blinds were ready to be installed. Fitters were fantastic installed very quickly and the quality of the blinds are excellent exactly what we wanted and the price we paid was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone with confidence because they deserve it. My experience with Hannah's blinds was without doubt an excellent one. The measuring up was flawless, the man was really friendly and efficient. I chose my blinds, style, function etc and a week later they were ready and fitted, which only took him 20 minutes to fully fit and finish 5 large blinds.
Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Amazing service booked appointment for measuring and picked blinds which were advised by salesman for being the best for my windows. Lovely transformation of my windows. Excellent installation by your fitter. Thank you ❤️

Overall really happy with faux wooden venetian blinds.
Quote booked in for a 1-6pm slot, came around 230, measured/quote within 10 minutes, price was good, confirmed booking & paid deposit by bank transfer. All very quick & easy, eta for fit 2 weeks.
Contact good - next day call to say blinds ordered.
1 week later, call to advise blinds ready to be fitted - had to reschedule due to shift work & this was easily accommodated.
Day of fit - this is where star dropped - given an all day slot - 8-6! Stayed in all day & was last on the list, fit complete at 4pm, this is the area for improvement, an eta could so easily be given, it’s known how many fits within that day/what areas etc & could give a good guide as to an eta so unsure why they make people wait in all day. Such a waste of time but fitter did call 10 minutes before arrival & fitted 3 windows & a bay in about 20 minutes.

Got to say it’s the worst blind company I’ve dealt with. Came out and measured and of course it was £99 as advertised,l but this expected this day and age. Ordered and was given a date. That date came and no one arrived, called them and was told no I must have made a mistake but it wasn’t that day even though have correspondence to prove otherwise. Anyway was given a new date. Again no one arrived, called and they said the driver had broken down and was unable to make it but couldn’t let me know. Third time lucky someone came. Fitted my blinds minus 2 windows as they was the wrong blinds. Said to call the office for them to sort, he also said the first time they didn’t come was because the order wasn’t ready not because it wasn’t booked in and then he said the second time my blinds got damaged in the store room and had to be redone. The blinds which did come are far too short by a good 3 inch’s and the tracks don’t fully
Cover the window. I replayed all this to the company who after weeks finally sent the other 2 blinds and said they couldn’t help with the blinds already fitted as it wasn’t their job then all communication stopped from the company. Unreliable, unprofessional and appear not competent in measuring correctly. Poor customer service all round and I always tell People to avoid at all cost when getting new blinds.
