After waiting 3 weeks for them to come and do my Venetians, they arrived and told us that our perfect fit patio blinds weren’t in stock yet and that someone should of called us to tell us. Which they never! 5 minutes after they left my partner checked one of the blinds and the cord snapped in his hand. When we called we were told ‘oh the fitter said he saw a fray in the material but never thought it would snap’ amazing! We then had to wait another 4 (nearly 5) weeks for them, ringing nearly every single day to try and speak to the manager who is the hardest person to try and get into contact with!! To be told they were coming to do them, I booked a full day off work because they give the 8 hour window throughout the day to come and fit them AGAIN no one showed up! So that was an unpaid day for me in work with still no blinds!!! When they eventually came to replace them we queried about a small discount for all the messing round. We were told they would look into it, which resulted in us being told there’s not a chance we would get a discount. This company is just so unprofessional and trying to contact them is like trying to get through to the queen. Although one positive thing I would say is that the fitters are in and out, and understood we were not aiming our frustration at them as they are not actually workers of the company themselves. Definitely would not recommend!
Very happy with the whole experience, the fella who measured up was very quick friendly and gave a great price. The week later they was fitted and a young girl also was quick, friendly and done a great job. I would use them again if I change my blinds👍🏻
The customer service line was never available to take calls and my call was dropped many times until I finally got to talk to someone. The delivery was late and they do not take the boxes (rubbish) with them. Besides all that the quality is good and the price is competitive
Fantastic to deal with rang up Monday came out Wednesday to measure up rang up the next day to tell me they could fit them on Friday. Fitter was great and polite informed me what he would be doing. Very competitive prices as well. Will use again
We ordered our blind on 8 June 2021 when the chap came out to measure up. He said it would take two or three weeks, we asked as soon as possible as we had just decorated the room. On the 29 September we rang to see where it was the chap said there is one in the warehouse. I will ring you back. He didn't we rang him. He said someone will fit it tomorrow between 10 and 4. We waited in, no one came. So on 13 October still no blind we had to go into the shop for our deposit back. Would never deal with this company again. My son had the same problem too
