Shameless Cowboy Builders - Buyer beware
I was told not to touch the shutters for 24 hours after installation, but I messaged the company less than an hour after the fitters left as I was genuinely shocked by how shoddy the workmanship was. Nails sticking out, 16 random holes drilled into the shutters and holes drilled into the surrounding walls. Obviously, shutters didn’t close properly either. After paying thousands, I had to wait for their professional fitter to come out just to fix the damages. Unfortunately, the shutters are still uneven and the 16 extra holes drilled into the three sets of shutters were just covered over with plastic caps. £3000 price tag. They did say “sorry” though.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Perfect Shutter Blinds!
From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly right.
John, the owner, came to my home personally to help me select the perfect shutters.
He guided me through styles that would best match my window frames and took the time to ensure we got the measurements spot on.
Later, his son Paul followed up to double check everything, which gave me complete confidence that they were getting it perfect.
When installation day came, Dan and John arrived on time, respectful and professional.
They made the entire process so easy, working neatly and even disposing of all packaging and waste before leaving.
The office staff were fantastic too very accommodating, and they scheduled my appointments around my own busy calendar.
The shutters look incredible, and I am thrilled with the result!
Perfect Shutter Blinds has provided top-notch service, and I’ll be highly recommending them to all my family, friends, and neighbors.

So during the progress of the initial agreement to finally getting the shutters fully fitted in all our windows was a nightmare. 7 months where 17 weeks of that was fill with constant issues from staff not communicating with us as the customers and not communicating with each other about the ongoing issues with our products.
We were left 17 weeks with black paper blinds in our bedrooms and at one point using a large clothes rail to attempt to claim some privacy from the 2 airbnbs we have looking directly into our rooms we finally had our shutters fitted.
Now they are up they are lovely shutters. Do exactly what we wanted and look good and timeless! People are complimentary of them and they do brighten up our home alot better then we actually thought they would.
We have recently had a phone call from Paul just explaining the issues they faced when it came to our shutters and how he will ensure staff communicate better with customers and each other to prevent this happening again. We hope our situation does not happen to anyone else because the shutters are lovely just not worth a 7 month wait.

We had the front done in January 24 and had a few issues with the fitting. Perfect shutters jumped through hoops to get everything perfect for us we then
had the back fitted in July and tony even came out on a Sunday to finish the final touches and make sure everything was perfect .
Would highly reccomend perfect shutters . Quality product. Very happy with the service we have received.

We have finally had our shutters installed and can not fault the quality of them. The service from Perfect shutters has been excellent and would highly recommend using them.
