Kept up to date right the way through from placing the order to manufacturing to delivery and install.
As soon as they arrived, we were booked in for install. Turned up on time, fitted perfectly to measurements, quick tidy install and run through on how the function.
Great family business and excellent experience from start to finish. Even got a discount offer for additional rooms which we're considering in the future.
Lead time 8-10 weeks but we that was explained early on and we got exactly what we wanted in the type and finish we asked for. Delighted with the result, made a huge difference to our living room and frontage.

Ordered shutters for 10 windows in April, waited and waited and waited for installation to take place today the middle of September for one of the large bay windows to have been measured wrong. Whilst the product seems exceptional less than impressed with the lead time and now a window without correctly fitting shutters 6 months later.

Perfect Shutters REALLY ARE PERFECT!! Just had patio and kitchen shutters fitted and really happy with purchase. The quality of them is exceptional and close without a glitch.
The workmen were super professional and nothing was too much - they even vacuumed the floor and around the window. Tony and Mike the fitters, even wore overshoes so no mucky boots on the carpet. Im now looking to get the whole house done with shutters.
VERY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE AND QUALITY. 100% RECOMMENDED
