James Simms was extremely helpful and kept me fully informed as the work progressed. We found al the workmen were a pleasure to have on site & very helpful. Will certainly use again if we need a builder in the future.

Jimmy and his team undertaken an alteration at my property recently. They have remove a load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room. Not only did the work get completed to a high standard, the builders were very clean, tidy and polite. I am very happy with the service and the final product. Will be using again.

Within a year of completion of extensive pointing work on the side of the house, large areas fell out leaving bricks with significant gaps. We have been chasing Simms Builders for two years to rectify the faulty works - excuse following excuse. We therefore do not recommend this company. Such a shame!

I phoned simms builders needed some pointing work doing .he came the next day to give me a quote very plesent man he sorted the work out for me absolutely fantastic
