I recently purchased window blinds from Superior Blinds & Shutters and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Here’s a breakdown of the issues I encountered:
1. Incomplete Installation:
The blinds were installed after a week, but the installers forgot a very important component. This incomplete installation has rendered the blinds essentially useless.
2. Unfulfilled Promises:
It has been more than a month since the installation, and despite numerous attempts to get this issue resolved, nothing has been done. I have called their customer service multiple times and even visited their shop in person, but each time I am assured that someone will come to fix the issue, yet no one ever shows up.
3. Poor Customer Service:
The lack of follow-through from them is unacceptable. Promising to fix the problem and repeatedly failing to do so demonstrates a significant lack of respect for their customers’ time and money.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from them. I had hoped for a smooth and efficient experience, but instead, I am left with an incomplete product and frustration from their poor customer service. I would not recommend Superior Blinds to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

From meeting the staff in the showroom to measuring and fitting. They have been great. Treating the 96 year old visually impaired customer with care and respect , speeding up the whole process so she could move to her accommodation. Would highly recommend

We renewed our vertical blind strips for two sets of patio doors, they were ready to collect the next day. The blinds are the whitest blinds we have ever seen,they are really nice. The lady in the shop was so very helpful

From start to finish I can not fault this company. The lads who came to measure and install the blinds were friendly and very professional. I can not recommend them enough!! Thank you so much!!!

Someone was supposed to come out and fix faulty blinds but got let down after too many promises i just gave up and fixed the problem myself.
It was a mess from the start they kept getting delivery date mixed up and kept blaming each other in the end they delivered the blinds and told us to ring when we are ready to have them installed when i had already booked in a date when I ordered the blinds.
I would never use this company again they are not prepared to resolve any issues that arise and i found them not to be professional at all. This is my true honest opinion.
